Wrong size?

If you need to return an item of clothing because you have ordered the wrong size, please send it back to us in the original packaging, with a note explaining whether you want a refund or in you want us to exchange it for a different size. The customer has 7 days to request a refund from time of payment.

You must send the item back by recorded delivery so that you can be sure that we will receive it.  There are no exchanges.

Did we send the wrong item?

If we sent the wrong item, then please send it back to us in the original packaging, with a note explaining what happened and we will send the correct item ASAP.  We will send you the correct item, as requested, and also refund you the cost of sending the wrong item back to us.

Damaged Goods

Its the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the goods at the point of delivery to make sure that they are in perfect condition.  We take all possible steps to ensure that goods are in perfect condition when they leave our premises.  If the packaging and or goods are damaged upon the purchaser’s receipt of the goods, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to make a claim against their local postal service.
